The way BTL works from a promoter’s end:
You the promoter will be able to log into your account and set up an event to post online. You will be able to make the event either general or seated admissions. As a promoter you will also be able to set the cost for particulars seats, VIP or any special seating you wish. It is completely up to you. After the event is over, as a promoter you will be able to log back into their account and upload photos to your previous event and videos and post them online.
Package One (FREE)
- Set up events online for $100.00 per event
- Upload image for event online
- Set price and structure for event online
- Set amount of tickets to be sold and when to take the event offline
- Upload event pictures and videos (at a separate cost)
Package Two ($100.00 ANNUAL FEE)
- Set up events online for $25.00 per event
- Upload image for event online
- Set price and structure for event online
- Set amount of tickets to be sold and when to take the event off line
- Order flyers for event and receive a 10% discount on such services
- Upload videos and images and dictate which are private and which are public for FREE
- Log into account and view number of tickets sold
- Log into account and tack event off BTL
- Log into account and print list of attendees
- Create an email blast and send it to everyone on promoter’s email list
Package Three ($1,000.00 ANNUAL FEE)
- Set up unlimited events online for FREE
- Upload image for event online
- Set price and structure for event online
- Set amount of tickets to be sold and when to take the event off line
- FREE flyer design for 7 events and receive a 15% discount on printing services
- Upload videos and images and dictate which are private and which are public for FREE
- Log into account and view number of tickets sold
- Log into account and tack event off BTL
- Log into account and print list of attendees
- Create an email blast and send it to everyone on promoter’s email list
